These are the rates we quote from, not a final bill. What you pay depends on the area, the finish and how much preparation the room needs — which is why we measure first.

Elevation, terrace, boundary and exterior finishing are not on a per-square-foot rate. The building decides the price, so we look at it first and then quote.
Civil work
Structure, drawings, renovation and first fix are quoted against the drawing and the scope. Send us what you have and we will price it.
