one firm.

A flat that needs new panelling usually also needs the ceiling dropped, the wiring moved and the balcony sorted. We hold all three trades, so one team plans it and one team answers for it.

Rates published

The work most people come to us for. Walls, ceilings and the built-in furniture that decides how a room actually lives.

Wall panelling

HPL and PVC, both washable. গর্জন and বার্মাটিক where you want real timber. Rates from Tk 1,400 to Tk 2,200 per square foot depending on the material.

False ceiling

বার্মাটিক ceiling at Tk 600 per square foot, with gypsum sidebit detailing plain or coloured.

Kitchen and wardrobe

Modular kitchen, wardrobes, storage walls and display units — measured and quoted against your own floor plan.

Corners and stands

Corner units plain or coloured, and dinner set stands at Tk 1,700 to Tk 2,200 per square foot.

02 — Exterior

The face

Measured on site

What the street sees, and what the weather gets at first. Exterior work is priced against the building, so we come and look before quoting.

Elevation and facade

Front elevation design and execution — cladding, banding, parapet and lighting positions.

Terrace and rooftop

Rooftop floors, railing, shade structures, planting beds and the waterproofing under all of it.

Boundary and gate

Boundary wall, main gate, guard post and driveway finish.

Weather finishing

Exterior plaster, texture and paint specified for the sun and the monsoon rather than for the showroom.

Quoted on drawing

The structure, the drawings and the services buried in the walls. This is the part you only notice when it was done badly.

Structure

RCC frame, foundation, columns, beams and slab — built to the approved drawing.

Drawings

Building plan, structural drawing and working drawings for the trades on site.

Renovation

Extension, remodelling and structural repair on a building that is already standing and already lived in.

First fix

Plumbing and electrical runs set out before the walls close, so the interior work does not have to cut them open again.

We come to the site and take the real dimensions. A quote off a guessed size helps nobody.

You see the figure

Material by material, area by area, against the rates on this website. You know what each part costs before you agree to any of it.

Step 03

We build it

One team, one schedule. Civil first where it is needed, then exterior, then the interior fit-out.
