Meet our
architect and
visualiser.

Two people decide what your room is going to look like: the one who draws the building, and the one who shows you the room before it exists.

Who draws it.

Both work out of Dhaka. Their own portfolios are on Behance — go and look at the work before you decide anything.

Tanvir Shams

Principal Architect

Dhaka, Bangladesh

Takes a site and turns it into a building. His portfolio runs to residential developments, resorts and vacation houses across Bangladesh — design development through to the drawings the site actually gets built from.

On a Shokher Bari job, he is the one who settles the plan and the structure before anyone talks about panelling.

Sakhawat Hossain

Architect and Visualiser

Dhaka, Bangladesh

Interior architecture and 3D visualisation — residential, commercial, retail and corporate. Space planning, design development, and the high-quality rendering that lets you see the finish before we cut a single panel.

He is why you get to change your mind about the ceiling on a screen rather than on site.

Before and after

You see it
drawn first.

A unit gets dimensioned and rendered before it is built, so the width of every shelf and the depth of every drawer is agreed on paper. That is the same drawing our carpenters work from.

Ask for your drawing Meet the engineers

A TV unit drawn twice: a rendered 3D view dimensioned at 9 feet wide by 8 feet high with a 1 foot 6 inch depth, above a front elevation line drawing carrying the same measurements for the panel, shelves and drawers.
